Sintra is a town in the Greater Lisbon subregion of Portugal. One of those magical places where man and nature come together, Sintra was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1995.
The Sintra-Cascais Natural Park is one of the 13 Natural Parks of Portugal. The area is approximately 145km². It includes the Serra de Sintra Mountain Range and extends all the way to the coast up to Cabo da Roca, Europe’s westernmost point.
